Prevent smoking
Smoke is caused by incomplete combustion, which occurs when fuel gets too little oxygen or is not dry enough. The built-in fan adds oxygen and thus helps reduce smoke. Use coconut briquettes for an even lower-smoke result. Burnt fat can also cause odor and smoke; that's why the BBQ2GO collects fat in the water reservoir.
