Refund policy

 

We are extremely confident that you will love the Bbq2go, but on the odd occasion something goes wrong, you can simply return or exchange it for free within 30 days.


To organise a return or an exchange, please email into our support team at info@bbq2go.com with your order number and the reason you would like to return your product so that we can process your request.
We do require that product is undamaged and is not used. We also require that the original shipping box is kept in good condition and used to return the product.


Once your request has been processed and approved a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply stick the new label over the original shipping label and drop it at a local post office.


After being received and processed by our returns department, we will issue a full refund or exchange on the order.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our barbecue grills and are proud to offer a 2-year limited warranty to our customers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all parts of the grill, excluding the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or alteration of the grill
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance
  • Damage caused by acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or storms
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and discoloration

If your grill is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of the grill.

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact us with a detailed description of the problem and proof of purchase. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the claim.

This warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and is only valid for the original purchaser of the grill. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover any damage or defects that occur after the warranty period has expired.
