• 8 chicken legs
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • 40 ml honey
  • 40 ml cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 gram paprika
  • 4 gram dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Place chicken legs in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and toss the chicken around until well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat your BBQ2GO to medium-high heat.
3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
4. Grill the chicken legs on the BBQ, turning occasionally, until cooked through and juices run clear. This should take about 20-25 minutes.
