- 1 conical cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the conical cabbage into quarters, leaving the core intact to hold the leaves together.
Brush each quarter with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Place the cabbage quarters on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 5-7 minutes.
Flip the cabbage quarters over and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until they are charred and tender.
Remove the cabbage from the grill and place on a serving platter.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
